Trans-Europ-Express

Three characters on a train from Paris to Antwerp making a gangster movie about the drug traffic on trains from Paris to Antwerp or from Antwerp to Paris. The screenwriter, is not quite sure which way the traffic runs. The hero, is not quite sure what the extremely incompetent filmmakers on the train or the elliptical members of the dope ring in Antwerp want him to do. He rushes about, deadpan and puzzled, looking for the drugs and the plot. He also devotes a great deal of time to chaining, to rape, and to discussing his predicament with a woman, whom he ultimately strangles from behind.
